Brad is the founder of RetailerSoft.  Brad specializes in all phases of product development and spends the majority of his time providing educational seminars to current and potential clients.  Because of his long involvement, Brad is also capable of helping with support issues, but because of his limited availability, he is rarely the best choice for standard support calls.

Monica has been with the RetailerSoft Team since the very early days.  Monica specializes in all areas of support and training with her primary responsibilities revolving around the Margin Master product.  As Inventory Master continues to grow in popularity, Monica is also trained to handle Inventory Master issues.  If your lucky - you might even catch Monica making a store consultations or a group presentation.

Dan has been part of the RetailerSoft Team since the introduction of Inventory Master in 2007.  Dan is our most knowledgeable Inventory Master user and is ready to help with all of your implementation needs.  Dan is also responsible for monitoring the Inventory Master mainentance servers and will quickly be in contact if a problem has been flagged on your system.  In the future, Dan will expand his capabilities to include Margin Master.

Art provides retailer-to-retailer services, with an emphasis on retail finance, margin management, successfully competing with the big boxes, and maintaining top-of-mind awareness with customers and potential customers. Art has more than forty years experience in retailing. He delivered training and consulting to more than 500 groups, touching more than 15,000 retailers in every U.S. state and in more than 15 other countries.

Sandy is the newest support analyst for RetailerSoft. Sandy provides our front line of support, answering most Margin Master Support questions immediately. Sandy also provides direct user support during the initial configuration of the Margin Master software and provides new user training. Anything you need Sandy can help. If she doesn't have the answer, she will ensure the proper support is delivered to you.

As one of the first Margin Master users, Eric brings lots of experience to RetailerSoft. For some retailers, we undersatand they would simply prefer to have someone do it for them. Our new premium services division is ready to help. Eric specializes in helping clients better understand our premium services. Eric is happy to help customize a service plan that can meet your needs.

Matt is the original developer of the Inventory Master Software.  His background in artificial intelligence and computer science are critical to the development of the complex inventory optimization techniques utilized in Inventory Master. In the future, Matt will help with the development of other RetailerSoft Products.
