Importing Price Changes
In SpruceWare, open the Inventory/Pricing Menu. Type "r" or use the arrow keys to highlight the option "Import MarginMaster Prices" and press the ENTER key.
Press ENTER to continue importing price updates.
The Input File Path should be C:\MarginMaster\NewRetails.TXT
Press ENTER when you are ready.
The Product Class should be 6. This is what adds the 6 to the fron of all the skus being imported into SpruceWare. Press ENTER to continue.
You will then be asked to select printer information so that a list of all changes can be printed. Select the print options needed and then continue. When the update is finished, they prices will have printed with the sku, old retail, new retail, and variance. The screen will display "Price Update Completed, Press Enter to End". Now you are all set.
