Open Paladin Open the Maintain Option Chose the Data Viewer Option  Chose the Inventory Option  Select the supplier <ace> Assign the file a name, preferrably with no spaces.  For example:  INVENTORYDATA.TXT.  Save the file in the C:\MarginMaster folder.  Make sure to save it it with a .TXT extension. Margin Master: Open Margin Master (to the main menu screen.)  Click the "Import Data" button. At this point, you should see the file that you named (above) listed as a Paladin Data File.  If you do not see it, and instead see the message "there are no files to import", note the message above that which reads "Download Directory = x".  Make sure that after the "=", the download directory that is referenced is "C:\MarginMaster".  If it is not, that's why you can't see your file.  Click on the "Options" menu, and select "Import/Export Options".  Click the "Change" button to the right of the "Current Import Folder" cell.  Change the current import folder to "C:\MarginMaster".  Click "Done".  You should now be able to see your file.  Click "Process".  (Note:  If you still can't see your file, either it was not saved to the folder C:\MarginMaster, or the file extension is not ".TXT".) Your files will then start to transfer into Margin Master.  Once they are done running, the close button will read DONE. Click this and it will take you back to the main menu screen of Margin Master. You are now ready to run Margin Master. Once you are ready to do price changes, you will need to execute your strategy to get the items that need price changes on your screen. You would need to click the Strategy tab at the top of the Margin Master screen; this will give you a drop down list. Manage Pricing Strategy is what you would click to look at all the steps in your strategy. To actually put your strategy into effect, you would want to click on Execute Pricing Strategy. This will start putting your steps into effect and display the items that need a price change on your screen.
