Changing Steps In A Strategy
CHANGING A STEP IN THE STRATEGY
If you need to change a step in your strategy (you get an error message that states a class doesn’t exist, etc.) follow these steps to change the step.
- Choose the Strategy option at the top of the Margin Master screen then choose the load saved selection option. If you received an error message that included the step # choose that step from the list of saved selections.
- If the change is due to a class or some other selection no longer existing you simply need to click on the camera at the bottom right of the screen & save the selection with the same name.
- If the change is due to a class or some other selection you would like to change you simply check or uncheck the criteria desired, refresh data, apply the desired future price change & click on the camera at the bottom right & save the selection with the same name.
- You can check that the changes you made took effect by choosing the Strategy option, Manage Pricing Strategy, then, click on the step that you changed. On the right side of the screen it will list what criteria the step includes.
- Once you are happy with the changes you have made you can now execute your pricing strategy.
